quinoa muesli

Makes 16 serves


4 cups of quinoa flakes
¾ cup of coconut flakes
¾ cup sunflower kernels
¾ cup pumpkin kernels
¾ cup linseed meal
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons of goji berries
4 slices of dried apple diced
4 dried apricots diced
4 tablespoons of macadamia nuts chopped


Mix all of the ingredients together and put in a sealed container ready for use, serve with a2 milk, soy milk, rice milk, oat milk, or any nut milk, whatever you are allowed to have. Some fresh fruit, and yoghurt either soy or a2 if allowed, or coconut yoghurt would taste great as well. Makes approximately 16 serves, you can change or add in whatever you like, it is always a great idea to keep the cinnamon and ginger in the mix as they are very good for your digestion.

Alternatives for dried fruits could include craisins, sultanas, raisins, peach.
