Pasta with Smoked Salmon, Rocket and Chives

1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 bunch of asparagus cut into 2cm lengths
250 gram packet of Orgran rice and corn pasta
200g smoked salmon cut into 1cm squares- O.K to buy the cheaper smoked salmon for cooking
2 tablespoons baby capers
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
50 grams rocket
1 x lemon cut into wedges


Boil water and cook pasta, in the meantime heat olive oil, cook asparagus for a couple of minutes, when pasta is cooked drain and add asparagus and oil mix, stir well, add in capers and gradually add in smoked salmon, chives and rocket in small amounts otherwise it does not mix through well, add a squeeze of lemon and it is ready to eat.
