Choc chip raw energy superfood balls


makes 12

½ cup almonds
½ cup walnuts
150 g fresh medjool dates pitted
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
40 g dark chocolate
pinch cinnamon
¼ cup goji berries


1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds
1 tablespoon finely chopped goji berries


Place all ingredients except coconut oil in a food processor and blend until almost ground to a paste, just keep checking it as I made mine quite chunky and it was great, it just depends what you want, when it is ground up as desired add the coconut oil to the mixture and mix up, combine the coating ingredients together, and roll golf ball sized balls of the mixture into the coating.
