chicken tikka

This is a super easy dinner, you can have it with rice and a salad or veggies, and ooopps I forgot to take a photo, sorry.

Ingredients

½ cup Pataks Tikka Masala Paste or similar
2 kg chicken pieces
½ cup a2 yoghurt
270mL coconut cream

Preparation

Mix together tikka paste and yoghurt, add chicken pieces and coat with mixture, grill or pan fry chicken until golden, put chicken in casserole dish, add coconut milk to remaining mixture left in bowl, mix up and pour over partially cooked chicken and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
