Make your breakfasts easy, this chia seed pudding can be made for 1 or it can be made for 20, it can be made in containers ready to take straight from the fridge in the morning, or made in shot glasses to feed a crowd, so versatile, and delicious, and it’s gluten, dairy and egg free.

Serves: 1

1/2 cup a2 milk or coconut milk or whatever milk you like
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 x banana sliced
1 x peach sliced
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of almonds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Preparation

Mix together the milk and chia seeds, leave for 5 minutes, add the sliced fruits, nuts and maple syrup.
