Chai, Banana and Almond Porridge

40 gram oats
pinch cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch ground cardamom
½ banana sliced
1 cup a2 milk
handful of almonds roughly chopped
drizzle of maple syrup


combine oats and spices, add in banana and milk and gently cook oats in a saucepan or microwave according to packet directions, when cooked sprinkle almonds on porridge and drizzle with maple syrup
