beef and broccoli stir fry

ingredients

1 cup of coconut milk
½ tablespoon of tamari sauce
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
½ tablespoon of brown sugar
½ cup of salted peanuts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
500 grams of steak suitable for a stir fry-rump or eye fillet thinly sliced
2 cloves of garlic sliced
1 bunch of broccolini
1 head of broccoli cut into pieces

preparation

Place coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar and peanuts in a bowl, mix to combine. Heat oil in a wok or non-stick frypan and quickly brown the beef in a few batches, remove from pan or wok and set aside. Add garlic and cook for thirty seconds, add broccoli, broccolini, the combined coconut milk ingredients and cook for a few minutes until broccoli is just tender, add the beef and toss to combine and reheat.
