Finding the link between food and health symptoms can feel like a battle in its own right, the key is to establish the cause of the problem. Symptoms of poor gut health are commonly caused by a food intolerance, a candida infection, fructose malabsorption, salicylate reaction, parasite or bacterial imbalance in the gut, and the symptoms of all of these health conditions can include;

It is a very long list, some of you may have an issue with one or two symptoms, commonly my patients can struggle with over half of the listed symptoms, and it has become their normal. Do not let it become your normal, none of the above symptoms are normal and none of the above symptoms should or need be tolerated. The key to recovery from these health ailments is to find and address the cause of the symptoms.

I do this by using my unique 4 step process which is detailed below.

Take some simple steps today towards improving your gut health – and your life.

It is possible to live a happy healthy life without gut problems and food intolerance.

My four-step process WILL make you healthier and happier.

Finding the link between food and health symptoms can feel like a battle but the key is to establish the cause of the problem. Symptoms of poor gut health are commonly caused by food intolerance, candida infection, fructose malabsorption, salicylate reaction, parasite or bacterial imbalances in the digestive system.

There is a huge range of symptoms which can indicate food intolerance or gut health issues, many not immediately obvious. Aside from symptoms you might expect to be obvious indications of digestive trouble, your problem could also be manifesting as depression, fatigue, headaches, arthritis, or insomnia and other sleep disturbances, to name a few. If your child is suffering, it could show up as bed wetting or behavioural problems.

You may have one symptom or many. None are ‘normal’ and you don’t have to live with them.

My four-step process to recovery:

Step 1

Make an appointment here. Fill in an information form and send it back, along with the results of any recent tests you may have had.

Step 2

Visit the clinic in person, or we can do the consultation by Skype or phone. We will discuss the current situation and what you want to achieve. I may also ask for some testing to be done. That could include general blood tests as well as checks for food intolerance issues, fructose malabsorption, parasite screening, and faecal microbial analysis.

Step 3

At your second consultation, we check the results and discuss the treatment. It is designed specifically for you, based on your test results. Expect some dietary changes and the addition of herbal medicines and supplements.

Step 4

By your third appointment, you will be feeling better. I will check your progress at each follow-up consultation and make any necessary ‘tweaks’ to ensure you continue feeling good.
